After-sales Service Commitments:

 

1. As the manufacture, we only commit to the customers who buy our products, install correctly  according to our instruction as well as maintain them properly and carefully.

Note:our commitment doesn't cover the followed situations:

damages caused by improper use;

damages caused by the third party during transportation(break, dirty, scrap, rip).

Sold for 1 week, we provide Tel visit or door visit for quality trace

3. Regular visit will be paid for quality trace in the period of warranty. Any quality concerned problem will be reported and handled.

4. Complaint IssuesAny complaint about quality issues be handled within 24 hours
5. Period of Warranty:3 years.
