- approved by the State Council, Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation announced on the 21st, from November 1, 2008 onwards, due in part to increase the labor-intensive and high-tech and high value-added export tax rebate rate of the merchandise. Furniture, some of which enhance the export tax rebate rate to 11%, 13%.
